About the role

The Human Resources Manager II oversees all general areas of human resources, including managing turnover, recruiting, payroll, and benefits administration. This role drives positive employee relations, ensures compliance with employment laws (FMLA, ADA, EEO/Affirmative Action, Workers' Compensation, Unemployment), and emphasizes a culture of safety at the location.

Responsibilities

• Manage turnover, recruiting, payroll, and benefits administration
• Drive positive employee relations
• Monitor and ensure compliance with employment laws (FMLA, ADA, EEO/Affirmative Action, Workers' Compensation, Unemployment)
• Oversee safety programs, ensuring partners are trained on company safety policies and procedures

Requirements

• High School Diploma/GED (Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field preferred)
• Valid driver's license
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and intranet/internet

Qualifications

• Experience with safety programs, compensation, benefits, recruiting, hiring, and training
• 2+ years of Human Resources experience (preferred)
