Human Resources Manager II
Responsibilities
- Manage turnover, recruiting, payroll and benefits administration
- Drive positive employee relations
- Monitor and ensure compliance with the Company's legal obligations as to the FMLA, ADA, EEO/Affirmative Action, Workers' Compensation, Unemployment and other employment laws
- Ensure partners are trained on company safety policies and procedures and emphasize a culture of safety at the location overall
Qualifications
- High School Diploma/GED; Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field preferred
- Experience with safety programs, compensation, benefits, recruiting, hiring and training
- Valid driver's license
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Preferred 2+ years' Human Resources experience
