About the role
Cintas is seeking a Human Resources Manager II to oversee all general areas of human resources.
Responsibilities
- Managing turnover, recruiting, payroll and benefits administration
- Driving positive employee relations
- Monitoring and ensuring compliance with the Company's legal obligations as to the FMLA, ADA, EEO/Affirmative Action, Workers' Compensation, Unemployment and other employment laws
- Ensuring that partners are trained on company safety policies and procedures and emphasizing a culture of safety at the location overall
Qualifications
Required
- High School Diploma/GED
- Experience with safety programs, compensation, benefits, recruiting, hiring and training
- Valid driver's license
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and intranet/internet
Preferred
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field
- 2+ years' Human Resources experience
