Human Resources Manager II

About the role

Cintas is seeking a Human Resources Manager II to oversee all general areas of human resources.

Responsibilities

• Managing turnover, recruiting, payroll and benefits administration
• Driving positive employee relations
• Monitoring and ensuring compliance with the Company's legal obligations as to the FMLA, ADA, EEO/Affirmative Action, Workers' Compensation, Unemployment and other employment laws
• Ensuring that partners are trained on company safety policies and procedures and emphasizing a culture of safety at the location overall

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED; Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field preferred
• Experience with safety programs, compensation, benefits, recruiting, hiring and training
• Valid driver's license
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and intranet/internet
• 2+ years' Human Resources experience preferred

Pay

Base salary range: $74,800 - $95,700/Year. The range takes into account factors including skill sets, experience and training, and other business and organization needs.
