About the role
The Human Resources Manager supports and leads HR functions within an Aramark operation or functional group, handling issues, engaging employees, supporting talent processes, and managing HR activities.
Responsibilities
- Handle issue resolution and follow-up for hotline calls, investigations, corrective action, performance-management consulting, and policy interpretation.
- Support employee engagement initiatives, action plans, and workforce recognition or celebration activities.
- Aid in talent acquisition and leadership pipeline programs including recruiting coordination and leadership development support.
- Produce HR metrics reporting and analysis for management decisions.
- Support benefits and payroll administration as needed.
- Coordinate onboarding programs and HR process administration.
- Manage day-to-day HR activities such as recruiting, staffing, hiring, training, coaching, incentives, and disciplinary procedures.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business administration or human resources
- 5-7 years of HR experience
- Employment-relations and investigation experience
- Strong analytical and presentation skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Ability to work with multiple levels of management
- HR/SPHR certification as a preferred credential in some postings
