About the role
The Human Resources Manager is responsible for overseeing all aspects of the company’s human resources operations, including recruitment, employee relations, benefits administration, and compliance with labor laws.
Responsibilities
- Oversee recruitment processes, including sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and making hiring decisions.
- Manage employee relations, addressing conflicts and providing guidance on workplace issues.
- Administer benefits programs and ensure compliance with applicable regulations.
- Ensure adherence to labor laws and company policies.
- Develop and implement HR strategies to support business objectives.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant HR experience, preferably in a bilingual environment.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Bilingual in English and Spanish (written and verbal).
- Experience with HRIS systems.
