About The Job
Lead HR operations for a workforce of 130+ employees, including recruiting, employee relations, onboarding, and performance management.
Manage full-cycle recruitment for hourly, salaried, CDL, and management positions.
Oversee compensation, benefits administration, payroll support, and annual open enrollment.
Serve as the primary resource for employee relations, investigations, conflict resolution, and policy guidance.
Ensure compliance with federal, state, DOT/FMCSA, OSHA, FMLA, ADA, EEOC, and Maryland employment regulations.
Partner with leadership on workforce planning, employee engagement, organizational development, and HR strategy.
Manage HR systems, reporting, analytics, training, and policy development.
About You
- Bachelor's degree required
- 10+ years of progressive HR experience
- 5+ years of HR leadership or management experience
- Strong experience with recruiting, employee relations, benefits, compliance, and performance management
- Experience leading investigations and advising managers on HR matters
- HRIS and applicant tracking system experience required
- Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise sound judgment
- SHRM or HRCI certification preferred
About The Position
Start Date: ASAP!
Salary Range: $100K-$140K
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Personal vehicle recommended for commute
