About the role

GE Aerospace's Human Resources Leadership Program (HRLP) is a two-year rotational program designed to uncover leadership potential, develop skills, and empower participants to act as change agents and connectors of talent and resources within the company.

Essential Responsibilities

  • Participate in three eight-month rotations across different areas of HR including HR Generalist, Employee Relations, and Specialists such as Compensation and Benefits, Recruitment, or Organizational Design.
  • Receive in-class and virtual training to aid personal and professional development.
  • Lead and participate in impactful projects throughout the program.
  • Network with senior leaders across the globe.

Qualifications/Requirements

  • Master's degree in business, liberal arts, or human resources disciplines (e.g., industrial & labor relations, industrial & organizational psychology, organizational behavior, finance, accounting, law).
  • Minimum 3.0 cumulative GPA off a 4.0 scale without rounding, with a maximum of 3 years of experience.
  • Bachelor's degree with 4 years of experience in relevant fields.
  • Minimum 3.0 cumulative GPA off a 4.0 scale.
  • Must be geographically mobile for various GE Aerospace work locations.
  • Reliable transportation is required due to the lack of public transportation at some sites.

Benefits

  • The base salary for this position (with a Master's degree) is set at $85,000, with a target bonus of 5% of base salary.
