Human Resources Intern - Spring 2027
About the role
Keystone Custom Homes is seeking a highly motivated and organized Human Resources Intern to join our team on-site for the Spring 2027 semester, with the potential for an extension. This internship offers the opportunity to gain hands-on experience across a variety of HR functions, including recruitment, employee engagement, benefits administration, compliance, etc. Keystone Custom Homes is an award-winning homebuilder with a mission to "Build Dreams Together." Responsibilities
- Support the open enrollment process and assist with benefits-related tasks
- Help monitor job openings and communicate with applicants throughout the hiring process
- Maintain and update employee records in HR databases
- Provide general administrative support and contribute to other HR projects as needed
Requirements
You are working toward a bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field; enjoy working with HR software and databases; have a proven track record of providing excellent customer service to both internal and external customers; possess strong organizational and communication skills; embody a positive attitude and a willingness to learn; are a go‑getter and extremely detail‑oriented.
Pay
Compensation: $16.50/hour
Schedule
Schedule & Location: 15‑30 hours/week, flexible dependent upon school schedule and availability; on‑site at our Lancaster, PA office.
