About the role
As a Human Resources (HR) Coordinator/Receptionist for Interim HealthCare®, you’ll join an established company in a high-growth industry that is invested in the development of their employees. Pioneers in home care, Interim HealthCare has been innovating the way care is delivered since 1966. You’ll assist with the implementation of HR strategies and the recruitment, development and retention of talent.
Responsibilities
- Greet visitors warmly and make sure they are comfortable.
- Maintenance of personnel files.
- General administrative and clerical support.
- Data entry, photocopying, faxing, mailing, emailing and electronic filing.
- Manage a high volume multi line phone system and route those calls to the appropriate party.
Requirements
- At least One (1) year of office experience required.
- At least 18 years of age.
- Requires excellent communication skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast paced environment.
- Have a positive attitude and be motivated to help others.
- Able to multitask and prioritize a number of projects and work independently.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
- A cheerful voice and professional telephone manner.

Pay
Hourly rates: $16 - $18 per hour
Schedule
Shifts: Monday - Friday 8:00am - 5:00 pm
