About the role
We are seeking an HR Generalist to provide comprehensive human resources support within skilled nursing communities.
Responsibilities
- Managing full-cycle recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations
- Ensuring HR compliance and maintaining accurate HR records
- Coordinating benefits, leave processes, and policy implementation
- Supporting training initiatives and performance management processes
- Partnering with leadership to foster a culture of respect, teamwork, and servant leadership
