Job Description Essential Functions Assisting employee regarding company benefits and payroll. Schedule employee training and maintain training recordsAssist with the recruitment and selection process. Maintain Human Resource Information System and personnel records. Complete new hire onboarding and exit interviewsCommunicate and enforce company policies and proceduresComplete monthly reporting of key metricsProgram & Event ManagementComplete miscellaneous administrative items as needed Qualifications Knowledge, Skills, Abilities Knowledge of HR systems, including SAP SuccessFactors, ADP and Novatime.
