The Human Resources Generalist II position is responsible for providing support to the Human Resources department, assisting with various HR functions, and ensuring compliance with state regulations.

Responsibilities

• Assists with recruitment processes including screening applications, conducting interviews, and preparing job postings.
• Handles employee relations issues, such as performance evaluations, disciplinary actions, and grievances.
• Administers employee benefit programs, including health insurance, wellness initiatives, and life insurance.
• Processes payroll and handles employee records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
• Supports the onboarding process for new hires, including background checks and orientation.
• Coordinates training and development programs for employees.
• Ensures compliance with state and federal labor laws and regulations.
