Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate the full recruitment lifecycle, from workforce planning and job posting through candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, selection, offer, and onboarding, while ensuring all hiring practices comply with applicable state and federal employment laws.
• Proactively source, attract, and hire qualified candidates.
• Create and maintain job descriptions and interview guides.
• Develop and maintain onboarding plans for new hires.
• Provide training and guidance to managers on interviewing and selection practices.
• Aid in benefits-related projects, including open enrollment and renewal activities.
• Maintain accurate employee records and personnel files.
• Review and update HR policies and procedures.
• Support employees and managers with HR-related questions and administrative needs.
• Assist with special company events, meetings, and other projects.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field required.
• 3–5 years of recruiting experience, with demonstrated success in sourcing and hiring candidates.
• 2–3 years of Human Resources Generalist experience preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality and working knowledge of employment laws and HR compliance practices.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, verbal, and written skills.
• Highly organized and detail-oriented.
• Self-motivated and capable of managing multiple priorities.
• Professionalism, discretion, and integrity.
• Prioritization and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
