About the role
The Human Resources Generalist is responsible for supporting various HR functions including recruitment, employee relations, benefits administration, and compliance with labor laws.
Responsibilities
- Conducting job postings and managing candidate screening processes
- Coordinating interviews and scheduling meetings with candidates
- Administering employee benefits programs and processing related paperwork
- Handling employee inquiries and resolving workplace issues
- Maintaining accurate records and reporting on HR metrics
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Minimum 2 years of relevant work experience in HR or a similar field
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Qualifications
- Knowledge of employment laws and regulations
- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills

Pay
Salary range: $40,000 - $50,000 annually
Schedule
