Key Responsibilities
- Support recruiting, onboarding, and offboarding processes.
- Maintain employee records and HRIS data (Proliant).
- Affiliate with employee benefits, leave administration, and open enrollment.
- Cook up New Employee Orientation and required training assignments.
- Support employee engagement, training, recognition programs, and morale-building activities.
- Ensure compliance with employment laws, company policies, and HR best practices.
- Affiliate with HR reporting, audits, and special projects.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field required.
- Minimum of 2 years of Human Resources experience required.
- Healthcare HR experience preferred.
- Experience with onboarding, benefits administration, HRIS systems, and employee engagement programs preferred.
- Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office; experience with Proliant preferred.
- PHR or SHRM-CP certification (or willingness to obtain) preferred.
- Experience in a healthcare or clinical environment preferred.
- Familiarity with HealthStream or other Learning Management Systems (LMS) preferred.
