About the role
The Human Resources Generalist plays a crucial role in supporting various organizational functions through comprehensive HR support.
Responsibilities
- Aid in recruitment processes, including job postings, candidate screening, and interviews.
- Manage employee onboarding and offboarding, ensuring a seamless transition for new hires and departures.
- Administer employee benefits programs and handle benefits eligibility, enrollment, and claims inquiries.
- Provide guidance and support to employees and managers regarding HR policies, procedures, and employment laws.
- Maintain accurate employee records and ensure compliance with data protection regulations.
- Assist in performance management processes, including goal setting, performance reviews, and employee development plans.
- Support HR initiatives and projects aimed at enhancing employee engagement, retention, and organizational effectiveness.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address HR-related issues and promote a positive work culture.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 1 to 2 years of experience in HR administration or a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information discreetly.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
