Human Resources Generalist

About the role

The ideal candidate will handle recruitment, new hire orientation and onboarding, employee termination, payroll and benefits, and ensure adherence to company policies and procedures. You will build strong relationships with managers to support their human resource needs.

Responsibilities

• Oversee full-cycle recruitment efforts
• Develop and oversee new hire orientation, onboarding, and employee termination processes
• Calculate and process payroll
• Administer benefits
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and legal responsibilities

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Business, Human Resources, or a related area
• 3+ years of experience working in Human Resources
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
