Human Resources Generalist

About the role

Location: Fargo, ND (100% in Branch Office). We have a great opportunity for a Human Resources Generalist to support our Fargo, ND branch office. This position assists the HR team with various tasks, focusing on recruitment while also supporting employee relations, investigations, terminations, leaves of absence, workers' compensation, compliance, and other miscellaneous duties. Responsibilities

• Assist HR team with various tasks
• Heavy focus on recruitment
• Support employee relations
• Conduct investigations
• Handle terminations
• Manage leaves of absence
• Administer workers' compensation
• Ensure compliance
• Perform other miscellaneous tasks as needed

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age
• Reliable means of communication & transportation
• Legal right to work in the USA
• Ability to read, speak, and write English
• High School Diploma or G.E.D.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment
• Willing to work occasional Saturdays for hiring events
• Proficient in Microsoft Office programs
• Detail‑oriented with good organizational skills
• Good attitude and strong personality
• Ability to pass a drug test and background check
