Essential Functions
- Sourcing qualified applicants and scheduling/interviewing candidates.
- Managing the pre-employment process, including clearance for hire.
- Maintaining and completing new hire documents.
- Processing and managing benefit and 401K enrollments.
- Maintaining and updating the company's Affirmative Action Plan.
- Completing and uploading annual ACA, EEO-1, and VETS 4212 reports.
- Completing call reports monthly and quarterly.
- Completing internal employee job transitions and promotions.
- Completing employee banking audits.
- Assisting employees with HR-related questions and issues.
- Conducting employee annual and 90-day performance reviews.
- Reviewing, processing, and auditing monthly insurance billing against payroll deductions.
- Coordinating the bank’s Wellness Program.
- Reviewing, inputting, and processing payroll semi-monthly for the entire company.
- Maintaining working knowledge of the company's HRIS platform.
- Preparing New Year documents such as Holiday Schedule and Payroll Schedule.
- Maintaining compliance with FMLA, ADA, and other employment laws.
- Assisting with internal and external department audits, including payroll and HR.
- Representing the bank at career fairs and recruiting activities.
- Processing employee bank transactions and loans as needed.
- Assisting with senior HR generalist functions as required.

Experience and Education
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field, with at least three to five years' experience in a human resources department preferred.
- Alternate preparation such as an associate's degree with over five years of direct HR experience may be substituted.
- Human Resource experience in banking industry preferred.
