Responsibilities
- Lead onboarding, orientation, and offboarding processes
- Administer employee benefits, open enrollment, and leave programs (FMLA, ADA, STD)
- Serve as a primary resource for employee relations and HR inquiries
- Ensure compliance with federal and state labor laws (OSHA, HIPAA, EEO)
- Maintain accurate HR records and HRIS systems (ADP Workforce)
- Support performance management, investigations, and terminations
- Aid in employee engagement initiatives and HR programs
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
- 5+ years of HR experience, preferably in healthcare
- Strong knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices
- Experience with benefits administration and employee relations
- Excellent organizational, communication, and multitasking skills
- Proficiency with HRIS systems and Microsoft Office
Compensation and Benefits
- Compensation: $65,000 - $85,000 commensurate with experience
- Benefits: Public Service Loan Forgiveness (PSLF) & NHSC Loan Repayment eligibility
