About the role
Premier Care Dental Management currently has a HR Generalist role available responsible for supporting assigned groups with full HR lifecycle needs including onboarding, benefits administration support, interpreting and ensuring compliance with policies and procedures, performance management, general employee communications, and providing general HR support in conjunction with the HR team.

Education and Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field required
- Minimum 3 years of human resource management experience in a multi-state environment
- Experience within a healthcare environment strongly preferred
- SHRM-CP a plus

NY Salary Range: $75,000—$85,000 USD
