Pratt Industries, a sustainable packaging company, is seeking an entry‑level HR Generalist to work closely with the HR Manager and support HR initiatives for the Beloit, Wisconsin Corrugator.

Responsibilities

• Talent Acquisition: Assist with full-cycle talent acquisition from recruiting to onboarding and exits, including posting job openings, screening candidates, coordinating interviews, conducting new hire orientation and exit interviews, all in accordance with established processes, policies, and systems.
• Records and Administration: Maintain accurate records, including I‑9s and personnel files, and assist with attendance administration (attendance tracking, attendance documentation, facilitation of the attendance policy), and audits to ensure accurate workforce records.
• Payroll: Administer timekeeping and biweekly payroll processing with support and guidance from the HR
