Description Duties and Responsibilities: Act as onsite representative of Orion’s Human Resources department, implementing and administering all established human resources programs.Oversee all aspects of hiring process for the Mukilteo site, including recruiting candidates, screening applicants, scheduling and/or conducting interviews, ordering background checks and drug screens, and initiating onboarding process.Conduct orientations of new staff hires and program participants and post-hire check-ins with new employees.Schedule employee training as needed in consultation with onsite department managers.Administering employee records in Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS).Act as Human Resources representative to standing committees. Requirements Required Skills and Abilities: Excellent verbal and written communication skillsExcellent organizational skills and attention to detailAbility to navigate conflict and implement conflict resolution strategiesFamiliarity with HRIS systems, Paylocity preferred Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field of study or,Associate’s degree with two years of experience working in human resources environment or;Five years of experience working in a corporate human resources environment.
