Responsibilities

• Work alongside the recruiting team to identify talented candidates, attend career fairs, and guide new hires through the onboarding process to ensure they feel welcomed and prepared from day one.
• Support employees with benefits enrollment, Family and Medical Leave (FMLA), workers' compensation claims, and understanding company policies.
• Collaborate with leaders to improve employee performance, provide coaching, develop training programs, and recognize outstanding work.
• Assist managers in resolving conflicts, conducting investigations, and ensuring fair and respectful treatment of all employees.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws by staying informed about changing regulations, updating policies, and educating managers.
• Maintain employee records, assist with payroll, prepare unemployment documentation, and generate compliance reports to keep HR operations running efficiently.
• Promote and uphold the company’s core values of respect, teamwork, integrity, and professionalism through everyday actions and open communication.
• Analyze workforce trends, recommend improvements, and help shape strategies that strengthen both employees and the organization.
