As a Human Resources Generalist at Minden Medical Center, your day-to-day expectations will involve a diverse range of responsibilities focused on fostering a supportive work environment.

Requirements

• Two years professional office experience is required.
• One year in Human Resources strongly preferred.
• Experience with Workers Compensation.
• HRIS systems and onboarding strongly preferred.
• Computer knowledge to include Word and Excel.
• Canva experience strongly preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal skills, effective oral and written communications skills as well as organization skills and be able to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Payroll & HRIS systems, UKG/Kronos is strongly preferred.
• Strong organization skills and attention to detail is required.
