Human Resources Generalist Location: Clearwater, 33765 – This position is onsite Pay: $65,000 - $75,000 yearly Type: Direct hire Schedule: M-F, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM EST Job Description Provide day-to-day HR support and guidance to employees and managers regarding policies, benefits, attendance, leave, workplace concerns, and HR processes.Support employee relations matters, including documenting concerns, assisting with investigations, and partnering with leadership on appropriate resolution and follow-up.Coach and guide supervisors and managers on performance management, employee communication, attendance, corrective action, and consistent application of company policies.Manage employee onboarding, including pre-employment requirements, I-9 verification, orientation, new-hire integration, and maintenance of accurate employee records.Administer and support benefits, 401(k), leave programs, workers’ compensation, payroll-related processes, and other employee programs while coordinating with vendors as needed.Maintain and analyze HR data within HRIS systems, including time and attendance, overtime, leaves, employee changes, benefits, and payroll information; conduct audits and resolve discrepancies.Support recruiting, training, employee engagement, compliance initiatives, and process improvements while maintaining knowledge of applicable employment laws and regulatory requirements Nice To Have SHRM or SPHR strongly preferredManufacturing background Requirements Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or equivalentMust have 3-5 years of experience in HR employee relationsMust have experience with employee orientationsStrong working knowledge of employment law and HR best practicesProficient in HRIS systems, payroll, employe benefit systemsMust be MS Office proficient including PowerPoint and ExcelTravel may be infrequently requiredBackground check requiredDrug screening required
