About the role

The Human Resources Director is responsible for developing and implementing HR policies, programs, and initiatives that support the College’s mission, vision, values, and strategic goals. The Director serves as a trusted advisor to college leadership, faculty, and staff on HR-related matters and ensures compliance with legal regulations and industry best practices. This position interacts extensively with all functions of the business office.
