About You

We're seeking a result-focused, innovative, self-driven, and well-qualified individual to join our talented team as our Director of Human Resources. Reporting into our Chief Experience Officer, you will lead and implement HR strategy and operations across North America by aligning HR programs with global goals and regional business priorities. Provide strategic guidance to site and functional leadership, oversee all HR sub-functions (talent, rewards, employee relations, compliance, and shared services), and foster an engaged and high-performing workforce. Provide coaching and mentorship to global Human Resources professionals and colleagues. This role is critical to Dymax's continued growth and evolution in North America.

Key Responsibilities

  • Shape regional HR strategy to drive enterprise change and organizational transformation.
  • Partner with executive and site leadership to design and execute change strategies that support growth, operational excellence, and cultural evolution.
  • Develop communication and adoption plans that ensure sustainable, measurable business outcomes.

Requirements

  • 12+ years of progressive HR/organizational development experience
  • 5+ years managing a team or leading HR operations across multiple sites and globally
  • Strong expertise in HR strategy, employee relations, talent management, and compliance
  • Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Human Resources Management, and/or equivalent, preferred
  • PHR or SHRM-C preferred
  • Travel is up to 20%; intercontinental travel is required
  • Proven experience advising senior leadership and driving change
  • Proficient in HRIS and data analytics (Workday, Oracle, etc.)
  • Ethical integrity, discretion in handling sensitive matters, and strong business acumen
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills
  • Analytical, organized, and able to manage multiple priorities

Salary Range

$142,000-$224,000

Dymax takes the compensation of its employees very seriously and considers several factors when determining the total compensation package including but not limited to location, market range, skills, knowledge, experience, and abilities. The base salary range represents the low and high end of the Dymax salary range for this position. Actual salaries will vary and may be above or below the range. The range listed is just one component of Dymax's total compensation packages for employees.
