Human Resources Director

About the role

The Human Resources Director oversees all aspects of the company’s human resources functions, including recruitment, employee relations, benefits administration, and compliance with labor laws.

Responsibilities

• Oversee recruitment processes and manage candidate selection
• Develop and implement policies and procedures for employee relations
• Administer benefits programs and ensure compliance with applicable regulations
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations
• Manage employee performance evaluations and disciplinary actions
• Collaborate with management to develop training programs
• Provide guidance and support to employees on workplace issues

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• Minimum of 5 years of HR experience, preferably in a managerial capacity
• Knowledge of employment laws and regulations
• Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities

Qualifications

• Proven leadership and decision-making skills
• Experience with HRIS systems
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite

$80,000 - $100,000 annually
