About the role
The Human Resources Director oversees all aspects of the company’s human resources functions, including recruitment, employee relations, benefits administration, and compliance with labor laws.
Responsibilities
- Oversee recruitment processes and manage candidate selection
- Develop and implement policies and procedures for employee relations
- Administer benefits programs and ensure compliance with applicable regulations
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations
- Manage employee performance evaluations and disciplinary actions
- Collaborate with management to develop training programs
- Provide guidance and support to employees on workplace issues
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of HR experience, preferably in a managerial capacity
- Knowledge of employment laws and regulations
- Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
Qualifications
- Proven leadership and decision-making skills
- Experience with HRIS systems
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
Skills
- Strong negotiation and conflict resolution skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Pay
$80,000 - $100,000 annually
Schedule
