Human Resources Director (HRD)

About the Role

The Human Resources Director manages the full employee life cycle for the facility in accordance with current applicable federal, state, and local standards, guidelines, and regulations.

Responsibilities

• Recruit staff members, conduct background checks, and maintain all employee files.
• Manage and resolve complex employee relations issues.
• Act as a strategic partner between departments, employees, and administration to influence company culture through new hire orientation, employee engagement, and other initiatives.
• Advise department managers on proper guidelines, procedures, and company policies in accordance with facility, local, state, and federal regulations.

Requirements

• Two years of job-related experience, preferably in long-term care.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or Business preferred.
• Detail-oriented, computer literate, and possesses excellent communication skills.
