Luxor Healthcare is looking for an experienced Payroll & HR Director to join our fast-paced and supportive administrative team. With several Skilled Nursing Facilities across the St. Louis area, we’re committed to delivering exceptional care and positive outcomes for our residents.

Responsibilities

• Oversee payroll processing and timekeeping systems
• Manage onboarding, orientation, and HR documentation
• Support recruiting, including reference checks and interview scheduling
• Assist with employee benefits and termination processes

Requirements

• 1+ year of HR/payroll experience (healthcare preferred)
• Organized, detail-oriented, and personable
