Qualifications
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of a Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, with at least 5 years of progressive experience in HR management. Proven success in managing complex HR processes and policies, including recruitment, benefits administration, and labor relations. Strong interpersonal skills, excellent communication abilities, and the ability to build and maintain positive relationships with employees, unions, and other stakeholders. Proficiency in HRIS systems and software.
