Human Resources Director

About the role

We're partnering with a rapidly growing organization seeking an HR Director to lead all HR and Talent Acquisition functions across the company. This role is ideal for a leader who enjoys rolling up their sleeves, building processes from the ground up, and partnering directly with executive leadership to drive business growth.

Responsibilities

• Strategic HR leadership and business partnership
• Company-wide recruiting and workforce planning
• Employee relations, compliance, compensation, and benefits
• Performance management, succession planning, and employee development
• Partnership with safety and operations teams on OSHA, workers' compensation, and risk management initiatives

Requirements

• 7+ years of progressive HR leadership experience
• Experience leading both HR and Talent Acquisition functions
• Construction, engineering, manufacturing, or other regulated industry experience
• Strong knowledge of employment law, employee relations, and compliance

Pay

$160,000-$200,000 Base + 10-20% Performance Bonus

The individual may also be eligible for discretionary bonuses, and can participate in medical, dental, and vision benefits as well as the company's 401(k) retirement plan.
