Human Resources Director

About the role

The Director of Human Resources will oversee all aspects of employee relations, including recruitment, training, performance management, and benefits administration.

Responsibilities

• Oversee recruitment processes and manage candidate selection
• Develop and implement training programs for employees
• Manage performance evaluations and provide coaching and feedback
• Administer and manage employee benefits programs
• Resolve employee relations issues and conduct investigations
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure compliance with HR policies and laws

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in human resources
• Proven experience in managing employee relations and benefits administration
• Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

Qualifications

• Proven ability to lead and mentor a team
• Experience with HRIS systems and software
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously

Skills

• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
• Knowledge of labor laws and collective bargaining agreements

Salary range: $80,000 - $100,000 annually

Schedule

Full-time, Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
