About the role
The Director of Human Resources will oversee all aspects of employee relations, including recruitment, training, performance management, and benefits administration.
Responsibilities
- Oversee recruitment processes and manage candidate selection
- Develop and implement training programs for employees
- Manage performance evaluations and provide coaching and feedback
- Administer and manage employee benefits programs
- Resolve employee relations issues and conduct investigations
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure compliance with HR policies and laws
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in human resources
- Proven experience in managing employee relations and benefits administration
- Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Qualifications
- Proven ability to lead and mentor a team
- Experience with HRIS systems and software
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
Skills
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Knowledge of labor laws and collective bargaining agreements

Pay
Salary range: $80,000 - $100,000 annually
Schedule
Full-time, Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
