Requirements What You’ll Do: Responsibilities As our Human Resources Manager, you’ll be the heartbeat of our employee experience, ensuring our team is empowered, engaged, and aligned with our mission. Your key responsibilities will include: Talent Acquisition: Lead recruitment efforts to attract top-tier talent for roles across property management, leasing, maintenance, and administration. Employee Relations: Foster a collaborative and inclusive culture by addressing employee needs, resolving conflicts, and promoting open communication. Performance Management: Design and implement programs to drive high performance, including goal setting, performance reviews, and professional development initiatives. Compliance & Policy: Ensure adherence to labor laws, safety regulations, and company policies specific to the real estate industry. Training & Development: Develop onboarding programs and ongoing training to equip our team with the skills to excel in a dynamic real estate environment. Compensation & Benefits: Oversee payroll, benefits administration, and competitive compensation strategies to retain top talent. Strategic Partnership: Collaborate with leadership to align HR initiatives with business goals, supporting our expansion and operational success. Who You Are A proven HR leader with at least 5 years of experience, ideally in real estate, property management, or a related field. Skilled in recruitment, employee relations, and performance management, with a track record of building strong teams. Knowledgeable about employment laws and regulations (e.g., Fair Housing, OSHA, ADA) relevant to real estate operations. A proactive communicator with excellent interpersonal skills, able to connect with employees at all levels. A Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (HR certifications, such as SHRM-CP or SPHR, are a plus).
