Responsibilities
- Lead recruiting and onboarding
- Support employee relations and performance management
- Oversee benefits and payroll accuracy
- Manage HR records, policies, and compliance
- Lead training initiatives
- Improve HR processes
- Manage one direct report
Requirements
- 10+ years of HR experience preferred
- Manufacturing experience preferred
- Small to mid-sized company experience preferred
- Private company experience preferred
- Full-cycle recruiting and employee relations experience
- HRIS experience required
- UKG Ready experience preferred
- Multi-state HR experience preferred
- Strong attention to detail
Pay
$125-140k
