Planit’s Director of Human Resources is a visible leader, trusted advisor, culture champion, and advocate for both our people and the agency. As a member of our Senior Leadership Team, you’ll work closely with ownership, managers, and employees across Planit. You’ll help shape our people strategy, strengthen our managers, attract and retain great talent, and make sure our HR practices support a healthy, high-performing organization. We’re looking for someone who understands that taking care of our people and the business go hand in hand. The right HR leader can balance both, advocate for what is fair and right, and make thoughtful decisions that support our people and the long-term health of Planit.
