About the role

Eurest is a leading foodservice and support services company, feeding the employees of the nation's largest and most-prestigious companies. As the Human Resources Director, you will lead and support the division presidents, vice presidents, and senior operational leaders in multiple business segments.

Responsibilities

• Supports and engages associates on Diversity & Inclusion initiatives.
• Participates in senior level interviews for Regional and Operational leadership.
• Analyzes wage and salary reports and data to determine competitive compensation plans.
• Affirms and intervenes in ADA/FMLA/WC cases.
• Conducts climate surveys and exit interviews, as well as reviews Associate and Customer Satisfaction surveys to analyze and monitor levels of associate morale and job satisfaction.
• Prepares reports and recommends procedures to drive labor efficiency.
• Facilitates and creates training material for leadership development based on needs of the business.
• Serves as the subject matter expert on HR policies, programs, and employment practices, ensuring consistent implementation and compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Management, Hospitality Management/Integration, Statistics, or related degree.
• 10 years' experience in a multi-site, multi-state environment.
• Associate relations experience a must.
• Previous operations experience a plus.
• Union experience highly desirable.
• Must be able to travel up to 30%.
