Human Resources Development Program - Master's Program Graduates

About the role

Responsibilities

• Gain hands-on human resources experience working with employees and cross-functional business partners
• Develop strong consulting relationships and influence business leaders through coaching, mentorship, and partnership
• Use data and insights to guide strategic business decisions that align with Conagra’s goals, objectives, and initiatives
• Build skills in areas such as employee relations, business acumen, talent acquisition, talent management, etc.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Human Resources or a related field by June 2027 (January start dates available for December graduates)
• A general understanding of business, financial concepts, and theory behind processes
• Able to relocate during and after the program

Pay

The annual salary range for this position is $64,000 - $95,000. Actual salary will be based on location, relevant experience/level, and skillset, while balancing internal Conagra employees' equity.

Summer hours for corporate offices (close at 1 p.m. on Fridays).
