Responsibilities

  • HR Operational Effectiveness

    • Ensure HR operational effectiveness by monitor and assess all teams’ operations, deliver training session and coaching when necessary, and provide recommendations
    • Assist in the establishment and execution on quality assurance program for higher risk processes
    • Provide guidance to all teams on risk assessment and control testing activities, suggest improvement ideas or corrective action activities accordingly, and identify areas of continuous improvement for all teams within the department
  • Human Resources Risk Management

    • Review applicable regulatory requirements, specifically in labor law or industry developments, to identify any issues that may impact the department’s operations and disseminate information accordingly to ensure compliance
    • Coordinate with the department’s ABAC point of contact to perform ABAC related controls
    • Maintain, review, and update Human Resources Department's record retention schedule and/or other relevant documents
    • Monitor and conduct analysis on Human Resources Department-owned KRIs and provide recommendations where it’s applicable
    • Liaise as Human Resources Department point of contact between department and Chief Data Office to perform record retention required tasks including inventory update and records disposal
    • Facilitate HR-related audit and exam tasks on an as needed basis, including but not limited to preparation of the deliverables, provide guidance and suggestions to other HR teams, supply data points for drafting HR responses to auditors and regulators
    • Attend the necessary meetings to discuss such audits
    • Ensure soundness of submissions to auditors, where appropriate
  • Audit

    • Facilitate HR-related audit and exam tasks on an as needed basis, including but not limited to preparation of the deliverables, provide guidance and suggestions to other HR teams, supply data points for drafting HR responses to auditors and regulators
    • Attend the necessary meetings to discuss such audits
    • Ensure soundness of submissions to auditors, where appropriate
  • Other HR Functions

    • Facilitate HR-related audit and exam tasks on an as needed basis, including but not limited to preparation of the deliverables, provide guidance and suggestions to other HR teams, supply data points for drafting HR responses to auditors and regulators
    • Attend the necessary meetings to discuss such audits
    • Ensure soundness of submissions to auditors, where appropriate
    • Participate and coordinate Bank-wide projects on an as needed basis
    • Participate and coordinate on departmental ad-hoc projects on an as needed basis
    • Assist with other HR functions, such as recruitment, employee relations, and training and learning development, if needed

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor’s degreeis required, preferably in human resources related majors; Master’s degree or above is highly preferred
    • 1-3 years of Human resources relevant experiences are required
    • Knowledge of Employment Law/EEOC requirements is required
    • Knowledge of Financial/Banking industry, vendor management, and risk management is required

    Pay Range

    Actual salary is commensurate with candidate’s relevant years of experience, skillset, education and other qualifications. USD $42,000.00 - USD $90,000.00 /Yr.
