Human Resources Coordinator - HOLT Truck Centers

About the role

As a Human Resources Coordinator at HOLT Truck Centers, you will play a crucial role in supporting the HR department and ensuring the smooth operation of the organization. You will assist in various HR functions, including employee relations, recruitment, benefits administration, and compliance with labor laws.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the recruitment process by screening resumes, conducting initial interviews, and coordinating with hiring managers.
• Manage employee records and ensure accurate data entry and updates.
• Handle benefits administration, including processing claims and communicating with employees about their benefits options.
• Support employee relations by addressing workplace issues and providing guidance on HR policies and procedures.
• Prepare reports and maintain HR documentation as required by regulatory bodies and company policies.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in HR, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Outlook.
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
