Job Summary
The Human Resources Coordinator works under the direction of the Regional Human Resources Manager. This position will be responsible for the full cycle of onboarding of field personnel and provide administrative support for day-to-day operations. This includes record-keeping, profile maintenance and HRIS entry in JDE.
Work Schedule
The work schedule for this position is 7:00am - 4:00pm, Monday through Friday.
Primary Job Function
- Process all new hires through the life cycle of onboarding.
- Auxiliary PEC Test validation and PEC card lookup for the OQ & Training Department.
- Utilize HRIS system to accurately enter data in JDE and offer assistance to applicants to complete their portion of the onboarding process in Click Boarding.
- Absorb incoming and outgoing DOT Test Result History Verifications, tracking and uploading documents.
- Manage driver qualification files per Federal Motor Carrier Safety Regulations (FMCSR) and Department of Transportation (DOT) regulations for DOT drivers.
- I9 E-Verify processing, review and process all identifications for E-Verify to determine eligibility to work in the US.
- Maintain filing systems and execute proper record keeping practices in HRIS and SharePoint to ensure the confidentiality of HR information.
- Provide assistance to the Human Resources team in the application of HR policies and programs.
- Conducts audits of New Hire documentation and other recordkeeping.
- Supports managers and projects as requested.
- Performs administrative support duties, supporting managers and projects as requested.
- Supports a positive culture within the organization.
Experience
- Previous work experience in the Oil & Gas Industry.
- Bi-lingual in Spanish highly preferred.
- Minimum of 1-year Human Resources or other office/administrative experience required.
- Previous experience working in an office or professional environment preferred.
Education/Training
- A High School Diploma or equivalent required.

- Proficient in Microsoft products including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and SharePoint.
- Ability to work with executive and high-level management and administrative employees.
