Responsibilities

• Support HR Business Partners in all areas of HR account management.
• Assist with HR projects, including compliance research, employee handbook creation, and policy development.
• Respond to verbal and written verification of employment requests.
• Complete disability and unemployment claim forms.
• Monitor new hire on-boarding and connect with clients regarding I9 form status.
• Partner with labor law poster vendor and coordinate poster distribution to clients.
• Prepare and route termination documents.
• Respond to unemployment and disability claims.
• Process incoming client admin forms and update Salesforce.
• Create SOPs for internal processes.

Requirements

• 2+ years experience in HR or related role.
• Solutions-oriented team player who takes initiative and is accountable for results.
• Excellent communication, organization, and interpersonal skills.
• Detail and process-oriented thinker.
• Bachelor’s degree required.
