Human Resources Coordinator
About the role
The HR Coordinator is a regular full-time, onsite position responsible for supporting day-to-day HR operations, recruitment coordination, onboarding, compliance, and employee engagement initiatives. This role is ideal for an early-career HR professional looking to gain practice experience and insights into HR operations, offering strong foundational exposure to recruiting, compliance, and HR operations within a collaborative team environment.
Responsibilities
- Supporting the onboarding and documentation process for new hires
- Aiding in timekeeping management for hourly staff
- Maintaining compliant new hire training records and administration
- Maintaining employee records and compliance paperwork
- ATS database management
- Data collection and entry
- Providing administrative support to the HR & Recruitment team
- Aid in various HR projects and ad hoc duties, as needed
Job Qualifications
- 1-2 years of previous experience in an HR or Recruiting role or internship is preferred but not required
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
- Familiar with HRIS, ATS and employee databases is highly preferred but not required
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Good work ethic
Skills and Abilities
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Psychology, Communications or other related field required
Wage Scale
The HR Coordinator is paid at a base hourly rate of $30.00 - $32.00 for non-overtime work hours, subject to all required deductions and withholdings, and not including the value of benefits under any Resolution Economics-maintained benefit plan. The HR Coordinator is eligible for overtime pay to the extent provided by applicable federal and state law.
