Human Resources Coordinator

About The Role

CodeVertex Innovations LLC is hiring a Human Resources Coordinator to coordinate HR workflows, onboarding support, employee records, scheduling, and HR documentation. This is a United States remote position with structured expectations for communication, documentation, and ownership.

Responsibilities

• Support recruiting, HR coordination, employee records, scheduling, onboarding, or workforce operations workflows.
• Maintain accurate records in HR, recruiting, scheduling, or workforce systems.
• Carefully coordinate communication with candidates, employees, hiring teams, or internal stakeholders as assigned.
• Prepare documentation, status updates, trackers, and follow-up notes for remote HR operations.
• Handle confidential information carefully and follow documented procedures.

Required Qualifications

• Experience in HR, recruiting, coordination, workforce operations, scheduling, or administrative support.
• Strong organization, confidentiality, written communication, and follow-up skills.
• Able to maintain accurate records and support repeatable HR or recruiting processes.
• Comfort using ATS, HRIS, spreadsheets, scheduling tools, or workflow trackers.
• Reliable remote-work habits and attention to detail.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with ATS, HRIS, scheduling, benefits, recruiting, or workforce tools.
• Comfort coordinating across candidates, employees, and internal teams.
• Able to handle confidential records carefully.

Compensation And Work Environment

The salary range for this role is $62,000 – $86,000 per year. Actual compensation may vary based on experience, skills, location, and business needs. This role is remote within the United States.
