The Human Resources Coordinator supports the administration and coordination of Human Resources and employee development functions. Working closely with Finance & Operations leadership, this role coordinates recruitment, onboarding, benefits administration, leave management, employee training, compliance activities, Human Resources systems, and employee records to support a positive and consistent employee experience. Essential ResponsibilitiesCoordinate recruitment, onboarding, and employee transition activities to support a positive employee experience.Administer employee benefits, leave programs, and routine Human Resources support while serving as a resource for employee questions.Maintain employee records, HRIS data, payroll-related information, and required employment documentation.Coordinate employee training, compliance requirements, learning systems, certification tracking, and training completion activities.Support Human Resources operations through reporting, compliance activities, process improvement initiatives, and employee technology systems. Skills You Bring to CELBachelor's degree and 2-4 years of related experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.Experience supporting Human Resources functions, employee programs, or people operations.Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.Proficiency with Microsoft Office and HR-related systems and technology.Professional communication skills, attention to detail, and sound judgment when handling confidential information.
