The Role
As HR Coordinator, you'll serve as a key operational partner for our HR team, ensuring every employee experience—from day one to their final day—is smooth, supportive, and aligned with OneCanvas values. This role sits at the intersection of administrative excellence and employee engagement, where your work directly shapes how people connect with our agency. You'll own end-to-end onboarding experiences, maintain critical HR records with precision, support talent acquisition efforts, and help bring employee recognition programs to life.

Requirements
- Passion for HR
- Fast-paced environment experience
- Ability to work from our El Segundo, CA office 3 days per week
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- 2+ years of relevant experience in HR or a related field
- Experience with HRIS systems
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Skills
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
