About the Role
We are seeking a Human Resources Coordinator to join us at our US Headquarters located in Charlotte, NC. This role is hybrid - 4 days a week in office required.
Responsibilities
- Sourcing new talent and owning related programs and systems (65%)
- Coordinate search for all open roles
- Manage outside partners
- Resume Screen
- Conduct initial Phone Screen
- Schedule and coordinate interviews
- Facilitate assessments in the interview process
- Draft and extend offer letters
- On-boarding of new-hire’s
- Candidate travel coordination for interviews
- HRIS system and benefits portal administration with any applicable changes or updates
- Onboarding and offboarding processes management
- Other HR projects, HR admin tasks, and support of SR HR Business Partner as needed
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree and 3-5 years’ experience in a corporate or agency recruiting and/or HR support role
- Project management skills
- Applicant Tracking System (ATS) experience and competence required
- Proven experience in sourcing for open roles primarily with LinkedIn Recruiter
- Proven experience in corporate full-cycle recruiting

- Required Education: Bachelor's Degree
- Required Experience: 2 to 4 years
