About the Role

We are seeking a Human Resources Coordinator to join us at our US Headquarters located in Charlotte, NC. This role is hybrid - 4 days a week in office required.

Responsibilities

  • Sourcing new talent and owning related programs and systems (65%)
    • Coordinate search for all open roles
    • Manage outside partners
    • Resume Screen
    • Conduct initial Phone Screen
    • Schedule and coordinate interviews
    • Facilitate assessments in the interview process
    • Draft and extend offer letters
  • On-boarding of new-hire’s
  • Candidate travel coordination for interviews
  • HRIS system and benefits portal administration with any applicable changes or updates
  • Onboarding and offboarding processes management
  • Other HR projects, HR admin tasks, and support of SR HR Business Partner as needed

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree and 3-5 years’ experience in a corporate or agency recruiting and/or HR support role
  • Project management skills
  • Applicant Tracking System (ATS) experience and competence required
  • Proven experience in sourcing for open roles primarily with LinkedIn Recruiter
  • Proven experience in corporate full-cycle recruiting

Qualifications

  • Required Education: Bachelor's Degree
  • Required Experience: 2 to 4 years
