About The Role

As a Senior Management Consultant, you will lead project teams to develop and implement strategic plans that drive business improvements for our clients. Your role will involve analyzing complex business challenges, identifying opportunities for growth, and crafting actionable solutions. With your extensive experience in management consulting, you will guide organizations through transformational changes, ensuring that they achieve their strategic objectives and enhance their operational efficiency.

In addition to your leadership responsibilities, you will also be a mentor to junior consultants, helping them to develop their skills and advance their careers. Your ability to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders will be key to your success in this role. Responsibilities

  • Become familiar with our systems, style, and process
  • Participate in Continuous Discovery Habits; coach others on qualitative research
  • Lead your own discovery and interviews with members to understand pains, gains, and Jobs to be done
  • Guide research activities to define current member pain points and map ideal future experiences
  • Facilitate research by collecting, analyzing, and producing insights to lead the team toward user outcomes
  • Collaborate with cross-functional project team groups to support the design and creation of new products and features

Requirements

  • 4+ years of professional experience with 2+ years of experience in User Research
  • Experience in conducting research with a clear understanding of various quantitative and qualitative research methodologies
  • Analytical, data-driven, and supremely detail-oriented
  • Highly collaborative and empathetic: you love connecting with and helping others, whether they’re users or teammates
  • Legally authorized to work in the United States and able to work US-hours

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with quantitative analysis and data visualization
